Can I replace the driver

I would like to know if I can have the driver replaced and installed a DVD Burner. If it is possible I would like to kown which Brand DVD/CD Burner for IBM laptop would be the better and where can I go to do it.

What is the make and model #? You would probably be best served by checking with IBM/Lenovo as all laptops are proprietary. You just can't go get one "off the shelf".
