Do you need help with choosing parts for the computer and putting it together?
or do you need help with choosing parts in a prebuilt computer that will be sufficient enough to meet your needs?

Would be good to get more information:
        • What sort of games are you playing
        • How many monitors are you planning to run and at what resolution
        • What sort of intensive tasks other than gaming are you planning on running on it?
Your budget is probably a lot higher than you will need.  That prebuilt one you posted is very powerful but not what I would recommend - MSI motherboards aren't great and it's way more power than you'll likely need.
