    What's wrong with my FPS?
    « on: December 02, 2013, 04:31:26 AM »
I have an Acer Aspire 5755G with Intel Core i3-2350M @ 2.3GHz and an NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M (1GB VRAM) running on Windows 7 (64-bit). 500 GB HDD and (2 + 8)GB DDR3 RAM. I know this is not very good for gaming, but I have been playing games like CS:GO on full settings at res 1366*768 at 25+ fps. I have no idea what exactly happened, but now I can't even run games like TF2 and Black Mesa without the FPS fluctuating like mad. I was just playing Black Mesa and the FPS went to like 60-something and then dropped to below ten the next instant. This happens no matter what the setting. I think this started I added an additional 8GB RAM to the existing 2GB. Please help  ???
