Hi everybody, can anyone explain why I get a black screen when using a screen capture tool, this started a while ago when using the windows snipping tool, I did not realise it was something to do with windows so I downloaded a free screen capture tool which worked fine until I went to use it again several days later and I got the same black screen capture, I tried the windows snipping tool last night and got a perfect S.C. but today the capture is black again. Is this something to do with the security settings I wonder? as the same sort of thing happens when I am printing copy's of money transfers with online banking, the bank details windows goes blank when I select the print option but after saving the printed item to my documents the online banking window reappears. any advise would be most appreciated.
