I still think we are overlooking something obvious...
Double-check all connections...
Double-check sound settings in Control Panel...
Try another set of speakers...
ETC...

BTW...try the Vista drivers and re-boot...worth a shot.

      The driver cd for vista says it doesnt support 7 as operating system

      Did you try Start, Control Panel, Action center, Maintenance?
      Windows 8 and Windows 10 dual boot with two SSD's

        No. Im installing updates of windows. Perhaps i can see a light. Its weird this issue when the motherboard supports 7.

        No it's not. Whether or not the motherboard supports Windows 7, the rest of the system may not. And regardless of anything else, that doesn't mean Windows 7 drivers have been written and/or released for any of the hardware.

          So what I can do to solve the issue? I may install Ubuntu if sound does not work.

          If the system was not designed for W7 and there are no drivers available you should probably reinstall Vista.

            I forgot to mention that the green hole in the back panel where you plug your speaker line is not detected. However when i plug it in other holes, it is detected.

              So there is no solution? Oon vista also i faced the same but dont know how it worked after that.
