Can I install an AGP video card with onboard DDR in a computer that is using SDRAM for system memory?

The answer if you have the AGP slot to do it then be my guess but make sure your motherboard is compatible with the AGP card. there are diffrent kinds. See Motherboard manual for further instructions. By the way RAM only preforms computer processing video should not affect it unless it is ultra super powerful
