I have a on board ( DELL IN1910N on Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family ) graphics card. I cannot access the control panel for the same on my windows 7 home premium 64 bit operating system. I was able to when I reinstalled windows a few months back but now when I right click on desktop the option to start the graphics control panel is not there it has disappeared. I only get the options for screen resolution, gadgets and personalize. I also cannot access it from appearance personalization in display which I was able to in the past. I have not updated windows 7 in any way. I only had Norton antivirus which expired yesterday. I want the control panel back
