I have a Windows Media Player Playlist of several short video .MOV files. At the start of each one the 1st frame is displayed for 1/2 second, black is displayed for another 1/2 second and only then does the film start. This causes an unpleasant judder/flicker at the start of each film. How can this be fixed?
