Well first you have to have DOS, then know how to use it, then learn how to program in an appropriate language, then realize that there is not really a market for these as no one else runs real DOS.

By no one, I meant not enough market share relative to a viable game product.  Yes, I have an old DOS box, but I don't do gaming on it.

I thought so. :-) :-) :-) Might be a big market if it would be possible to  play pacman when cloning pcs. ;-)
