    Can you please show me how to download and install the FREE OCRTOWORD program?  I use firefox and Windows 10.
    Moreover, is this program really free for a brief trial period only?

    When a program is downloaded, how to open it, because I never find how this is done whenever i go to the list of programs in my downloads, that is, after I hit the arrow down in the top, right-hand corner of my Firefox screen.

    In Windows programs must be installed before they can be used. (Few exceptions.)
    Firefox will download a file, but does not normally install it.
    You must open the folder contains the file, then open that file.
