    I am trying to upload a video file to a project I am working on get this message   "A file you are attempting to add is not an allowed format. Only the following file formats are permitted: 3gp,3gpp,csv,doc,docx,flv,gif,jpeg,jpg,mov,mp3,mp4,mpg,ogg,pdf,png,pps,ppsx,ppt,pptx,qt,rtf,txt,wav,webm,wma,wmv,wpd,xls,xlsm,xlsx" it plays in windows media player seems to be avi

    There are a lot of free format converters.
    An old favorite is Format Factory.
    You can find it on your favorite download site.
    Or, use this one:
