RAM help
« on: January 18, 2006, 12:48:57 AM »
Ive got something like 226DDR Ram in my computer the motherboard is a 'Gigabyte Pentium 4 Titan 667 Series -- GA-8ST667' and I want to put 1gig more of ram into it, but im not sure if my computer would be able to handle it and what sort of price range/brands i would be looking at. Cheers.

You should have 3 ram slots, assuming 1 is already used then you can add 2x512MB modules.
Price? Pesos? Dollars? Pounds? Cows? Sheep? Seashells?

Thanks for that, would it be better to get 1 stick of 1gb ddr ram instead of 2 512 sticks? And does it matter what sort? Or can i just by any ram and put it in and it will work?
