Hard Drive Problem

hey everyone. my problem is that i detached my HD for my own foolish experiment, and now when i plugged my HD back in, it does not work. it says that my HD is not intalled... so im hoping that anyone with a clue can help me out here! thanks

edit: let me go check up on that.  :-?

edit2: problem found... it was not connected somewhere lol.. thanks for the advice!

Well wih no details about your system or your level of expertise, I would guess that it is not plugged back in correctly. Can you see it in the BIOS? What do you mean that it tells you it is not installed?
