I have a WIN 10 pc but can't use it. My WIN 7 works great on the small tv which I need to switch from the OS to a viewer for the visually impaired. When I turn on the WIN 10 pc connecting it to the TV, everything is too large and off the screen. It wants me to log in at times and since I am not registered ? as a WIN10 user, I go nowhere fast I can not find a screen resolution area where I can make everything smaller. Is it just impossible on WIN 10? Is this a hopeless pc? It also has BING on it which I hate.
