ReadyBoost has been disabled by a group policy
    « on: January 23, 2022, 07:56:20 AM »
Hello! So basically, I have a laptop with a ddr3 2GB ram and I found out that I can use a USB as RAM. I have a 16 GB USB 4.0 so it's better. I went to the USB drive's properties and chose ReadyBoost, but was surprised when it said: "ReadyBoost has been disabled by a Group Policy setting. An administrator can change Group Policy settings."
I am the administrator of this laptop and I don't know what policy I must edit. I checked all group policies (on gpedit.msc) and all of them were on "Not Configured". I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!
