    I have to buy one PC (Pentium 4 cost-12000 inr) from other user .
    What should i check and how can i check Mem/Speed and others.

    If you are going to physically inspect it you can look in the BIOS and then check in Device Manager if Windows is loaded. You can always take a copy of Belarc advisor (on a floppy) or Everest Home (on a CD) and load if Windows is running as well.

    In the cyberworld, you have to trust your seller. Where are you buying this?
