It depends on the motherboard. The fastest chip you could expect to work would be the K6-2/366. Both are Socket 7 and 66MHz bus speeds. Not worth the upgrade, unless you're positive your motherboard will support it. More memory (>256MB) and a faster hard drive (7200 rpm) will make a much bigger difference.
