How do I change where windows boots from?

I recently installed Windows98 over my previous Windows98 so I could replace some things.
How do I make it so when I turn on the computer, it goes to the old Windows98 instead of the new one?

This is a disaster waiting to happen. You should format the drive and reinstall Windows fresh rather than an over the top "dirty" install which usually retains the problems you were trying to fix.
