XP shut's down from out of the blue need HELP!!

It's shut's down for no reason when im on my computer...
My antivirus is up to date and all updates are done for WIndows XP pro.
Can anybody help me?

The most common causes are heat, bad powersupply or faulty RAM. please post tsome information on these. Does event viewer give any details? Any error messages? More details are always needed. Has it always been this way/ If not, what has changed?
