My hubby accidentally chose the wrong setting for something that affected our Nero program.  He checked of the wrong version of Windows xp that we have.  Now we get a message that says "bad or missing"- only runs with Win2000 or XP and I have XP.  How can I get this program to recognize that I do have this program.

Well that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. How about a System Restore to yesterday or before he had this adventure?

More details, please.  Exactly what do you mean by "wrong setting for something"?  What something?  What setting, in what program?
