Wndows 2000 Professionnal License(No OEM)

I was looking at the description for this software on a site and it says that   "no media" is included with this software. Does this mean that "windows media player is not included? Or does it mean that I can't install a sound card, and or a media player? Thank You all for your help

It means that you get a license number and no CD, so there is nothing to install. Is that what you want? Probably not.
