DVD copy won't play
« on: September 03, 2006, 12:24:22 PM »
Hi, I have a Pentium 4 assembly machine running Windows XP Pro with 248 MB RAM.

My problem is that my PC refuses to play a particular DVD copy that I have and just gives a " No disc in drive E: " message each time I insert the disc into the DVD player. It works fine with other DVD's that I have – copies being amongst them!

The copy opens and plays fine in the machine of the friend that copied it for me as well as the machines of others.

The DVD software that I am using is Cyberlink PowerDVD Version 6.0.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Depends, what you copied, how it was copied, etc.

Obviously more details are needed. See below.
