migrate win system to new one

my company decided to upgrade their computer, total <200 unit, some old system is win 95, win 98,win me, win 2k, NT and xp.
any sugestion of using wat software to migrate all the use personal folder outlook mail box, personal address book,  oracle......
everything to new pc?  new system is win xp,

There is a file and settings import wizard for Windows XP under Start -> Programs -> Accessoires -> System Tools>

I am not familiar with any other software that can transfer settings for you.
