Cant open system information

P III , 4.5 GHz, x86 family, 1 G RAM. Sepom machine.

I cannot open system information. Also from Advanced information   in Help n Support.
Right click on my computer  and property also cant be opened.

Urgent need your help, please.

Do you get an error message, or does it just not open?
Try typing msinfo32 into the run dialog box - does this open?  This is a more advanced version of right click on my computer -> properties, it tells you quite a lot about your machine

What does this mean in English? What operating system? Any more details to work with?  See below.

btw, the fastest PIII I am aware of is 1.13Ghz, 4.5 Ghz has got to be way off when processors are all in the 3.0 to 3.5 Ghz range today

Maybe its a first PIII 450 Mhz .....
