Internet Explorer 5.50 Error 6 want is it saying

I was on line sending a tech support message when nere the end of the send an error box pop on to the screen saying Error 6 only that stopped the send. when you clicked the ok it took me back to the tech support page with no sign it was sent.  :-?

Did you try it again?  Get the same result?  Are you supposed to get an email reply?  Did you get one?
