Recently I have been having a problem with my computer. I have run antivirus and spybot and everything come up normal. I have also tried cleaning my mouse, but it doesnt have a ball instead it has a laser light thingy. Whenever I start a program like Internet explorer, Word notepad or anything with a scrollbar on the side, the screen scrolls up and down erratically. As I write this question it is scrolling up and down on its own. I even check to see if perhaps the scroller on the mouse is stuck. It never is. Then for no reason, just as quickly as it starts, it stops. Sometimes for minutes, sometimes hours. This is makeing me crazy. Does anyone have a clue what might be wrong?
