Do we get a clue here?
What make/model of printer?
What happened before this started?
What OS?
What programs have you tried printing from and is the problem with every program?

How about WordPad?  If you normally don't use it, try it as a troubleshooting step here.  Try different font sizes.  Does changing the font size in WordPad change your printing results?

Or simply uninstall the printer software, reboot and install it again, per the instructions. If that doesn't fix it, you are looking at a hardware problem.
