while installation of Windows XP a problem occurs that setup wont copy the file named as SETUPDD.SYS and it won continueing the setup further.
It show the ERROR NO 7.

help us to solve this error..

Is this a copy of XP or does the CD say Microsoft all over it ? ?

If it is legit try cleaning the CD gently with a lint free cloth.
