setting up Wii internet with wired router

I use a Zyxel prestige 600 wired router with a Broadband connection.
Can someone tell me if this will work with the Wii Lan adapter? I hear I need an Ethernet cable to connect them but I have no idea what that is. All I have that even resembles one is a red cable going to a port on the back of the router: LAN10/100M.

You will need to run a ethernet (internet) cable from an empty slot on the back of your router to your Wii.
