What does it mean on screen?

Remove all power to the laptop.
Pull the battery as well.
Remove the panel that covers the hard drive...you may have to check diagrams in the owner's manual.
Carefully remove and re-seat the hard drive.
Replace the battery plug in the unit and power up and see...
