Bit of help regarding compatiable video card...

I'm thinking of buying my brothers system but after reading up about it I've discovered the graphics card is awful so I'd need to upgrade it, the probelm is because of the case and the size of the system it only takes half height graphics cards....can anyone recommend a card that would fit the system linked to below?  I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to stuff like this so I'm not even sure what a half height card is called, would there be a special name for them?

This is what they are called. You shouldn't be handicapped by that limitation. There are plenty of them out there:
