    Printing Problem on server

     in my office morthan 10 computer  it works through server  but one printer pluged  on client side other computer shaired throuht this computerbecouse it has no NIC card . they use passwered to login in side server . but to protect protect pinstall and unistallation by user i gave admin password then next day  when they want to print impossibe so when i check it  pringer not ready  it says oppening . so when i logof the computer it will be ready then it start print what is the problem allways logoff when i want to print is there any option to avoid the problem plz tell me
