If so, run HJT one more time, put a checkmark next to:
    - O24 - Desktop Component 0: (no name) - C:\Program Files\MSN Gaming Zone\rteqe.html
    and click on "Fix it".
That should take care of last questionable entry.

Now, Windows firewall isn't that good, so I'd recommend to:
    - download free Comodo firewall: http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/
    - turn off Windows firewall (reverse steps as described above
    - install Comodo.

Wow.I like this Comodo thing =]
Anything that I have to take off my PC now?
SUPERAntiSpyware or Spybot - Search & Destroy?

They won't bother you. You may need them in the future.
It's recommended to run Spybot, maybe once a month to clean up some crap.

You may also get "a-squared": http://www.emsisoft.de/en/software/free/
Make sure, it's set up to run at startup, and it'll give you real time protection against all kind of bad guys.
