Hi, need some help here. Went to computer today, which is always on. All I get on the screen is what I call the configuration page you see when you need to adjust your monitor (the page with the icons that allows you to adjust size, etc.). When I tried to shut down the computer, I had to kill the power as it would not shut off even after holding the button in for 20 seconds. When I turned it on, I received the same screen on the monitor. It also does not seem as if the mouse is working. I've checked all connections and everything seems to be connected properly. Major problem is I have quickbooks pro 2002 on a separate drive on this computer. I do not have the original disks. Any advice would be greatly appreceiated.
