ntldr missing

 :'(I have a 60gb maxtor harddrive.The harddrive crashed and was dumping memory to disk.I have tried everything and eventually formatted and deleted everything on the harddrive.The problem now is that at booting it gives me an error message ."NTLDR is missing.Please help and tell what should I do now.

Ok. Being that you have erased your hard disk, it appears to me that you would have to boot from your Windows XP disk..... Can you do that?
