    computer screen help
    « on: December 30, 2007, 12:18:34 AM »
I have a Dell computer running windows XP professional. The problem with it is that when I go to install Norton Antivirus 2007 onto it I cant press ok to install it because the Ok button is at the bottom of the terms of agreement and my computer screen cant see below start bar. I tried moving the star bar it worked but the Ok button is even farther below that is their a way to make it so that windows fill the screen big enough for me to click ok correctly?

I haven't got a cause or cure for your problem but advise that you should quit while you're ahead.  Installing NAV may not be considered a good idea.  See here for an earlier discussion.

I recommend AVG, the free version, with a good firewall such as Zone Alarm or Comodo, again free versions.

      Good luck

I use norton av 2007 and it's proved very effective for me. No viruses or spy/malware since i got it.
However, they say it's slow in terms of scanning i think. But i'm living with it. :p

Thanks JXY - good to hear of someone who has no problems with NAV.

In any case hitting Enter key does same thing, as clicking OK.

not necessarily, this only applies if the default button is set as ok. (normally it is)
