SiteHound using 100% CPU...
« on: January 14, 2008, 07:59:00 PM »
Windows XP SP2. I use Firefox browser.
When I use Firefox, my CPU usage jumps to 100% and the fan starts spinning. I cannot browse the web normally ever since I installed SiteHound. (which was today)

Why is SiteHound using this much CPU? How to fix the high CPU usage?

Thank you.

 :)

Don't worry guys, switched back to McAfee again. Geez, it's so hard to find something that works these days. These days, you have to download a product that contains 12,000 lines of codes when it only needed about 200 lines to work.

IMHO i think site advisor programs are a waste of resources unless of course you tend to click on every flash button or get rich quick scheme that comes by...
