You can get CPU-Z also. CPU-Z is a little simpler but if you want benchmarks as well then get Everest

The real problem i'm having right now is with regards to funding for such a venture Being a student, this isn't that simple right now. I do have some good prospects for the Summer though, with a huge surplus on student loans coming in, and i'll have a better paid job too.

Just to check, how can I find my model number !?!

go to the site mentioned or take the board out an look or just see if you cant find it with out having to take it out.  Your going to be removeing it anyway.
