Without any additional information...it'll be hard to tell. Normally, if you get a BSOD...you'll get some additional information as to why the error took place. This will be a little difficult to do since you didn't provide us with any additional information that appeared on the screen when you got the BSOD.
If it goes by too quickly, you may need to disable the restrt on error...so you can jot down the Stop Error code.
Doing a quick Google search...I found probable causes from anywhere to memory or a particular BIOS setting.
