    sound seems to be ok, but my guitar tuner and the tuner on my training program seem to disagree on what pitch notes are, dont know what to blame that on,
    dont know about usb i tried to put a usb drive in there and it didnt have the drivers for it.
    its probably got an aftermarket display adapter or whatever in it, that needs different drivers.
    think ill just fork out and buy a decent secondhandy.

    This was not always true for Win98....

    dunno which one your referring to, but I did forget that win98 would boot into safe-mode automatically if it has problems loading drivers. Of course if that was the case then Safe Mode would be written on all four corners, which would likely have been mentioned.
    I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.
