Incredimail critical error

Please could someone help me with this?  We had a bad storm yesterday which knocked out the power in our house, my computer was switched on at the time and was knocked out with everything else.  After the storm I started up my computer and tried to access my Incredimail account but an error message came up.

 "Critical error has occurred,
Keylib error #15 file missing." 

Where do I start to fix this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I looked in Google and found that quite a few people have had this problem.

From what I have read, all you have to do is Reinstall the program. (uninstall and then reinstall)
