Canon Printer
« on: July 15, 2008, 10:21:17 AM »
I have A Canon IP 6700D Pixma printer. I recently changed the ink cartridges . The printer worked for a short time and then I got a code UO71
that states that "more than one ink tank of the following color is installed". This is not the case and I have removed and re-installed numerous times to no avail. The color that it is referring to is PC. No changes have been made to my system . I also cannot clean heads or do maintenance because of this.
Please help!

Is there any other Error Message?

I've been looking on Google and apparently it's a fault with the printer cartridge. Is it possible you can try another one?

What Operating System?
