Display Problem - Utility drivers needed

Hi everyone.. I am a new guy here and I am hoping someone wil be able to help me.. I have an older Desktop PC.. The original hardisk crashed so I have to install a new harddisk and resintall eerything all over again... the PC is now operational but the display is garbled and not clear...  I have not installed any utility drivers because it is not with the PC... The PC model is HP Pavilion a305w pentium 4... it's quite old though but I like to have it running good for the kids... hope anyone can help me...  Thanks a lot....

Hey, welcome to ComputerHope!

Have you installed all the drivers required?

The HP Pavilion a305w uses the Intel Extreme onboard gfx, get the drivers HERE then get the update and see if this works.
