    automatic log off windows xp

    i have windows xp with 4 user accounts. after about 10? minutes of no use, windows automatically logs off to user account sign in screen, prompting for password again. very annoying. how do i stop this?

    What is the screensaver timer set at?

      OK thanks. wasnt the timer on the screen saver, but i saw that the  " go to welcome screen on return". unchecked that and that fixed it.

      I asked what the timer was set at because if it was set to 10 minutes, that would be your problem but you've fixed it before I said anything.
