runtime errors

I was wondering if anyone could help me out i have windows xp and i keep having a runtime error come up when i try to dl things or go into my computer   the error  is      runtime error 2 at 014e58ca      and    runtime error 2 at 00a258ca can anyone help me get rid of this.
