What is the best partition tool?
    « on: August 27, 2008, 09:35:30 AM »
What is a good 100% freeware partition tool? I have 3 disk partitions. Would like to add more space to 1 of the disks not format it.

C: DOS Free Space 1.79GB Total 1.95GB (Do not want to add anything)

H: XP Pro Free 22.4GB Total 34.1GB (Do not want to add anything)

I: Where I download most Free 76.7GB Total 196GB (Yes I want to add more space)

I have a hard drive that is 250GB.

This is on one physical drive? You can try Gparted, depending on your skill level. The free partition tools tend to take a little bit more skill to use, and keep in mind that partitioning a drive with data on it always carries some risk of damage. be sure to back up everything first.
