quick boooks 2003 user access problem

hi, good day, i have a problem on installing "quick books 2003"

I'm using a windows XP sp2, I'm a client on our domain.

when I install this software, i log on as the local administrator of my computer,   
but when i log on to my account on the domain. an "user access problem "occurs.

Pls. help me....

 i make the domain member as the local administrator of his computer
