I just found a folder in my docs called "іШЅј ЗГ·Ї±Ч".

Any idea what this is?

Sounds like the name of folder is in a language you do not have support for in your language settings.

What is in the folder? Check the created date, might jog a memory.

The folder is empty, and scanning with AVG and Malwarebytes turned up nothing.

Run chkdsk /r ASAP.
