What's the best site for music downloads. Napster or RealRhapsody or any other you suggest.

I would do the same, becuase of music being illegal to download (without paying)... If you are going to still download music illegaly, for your own sake... Use virus/spyware protection first!

I do want to download the music legally. Napster and RealRhapsody offer free 7-14 day periods, after that a monthly fee is put into effect. Isn't that legal? I thought that the Napster issue was resolved a while back. My ultimate goal is to burn this music to CD's.

Yes, it's legal if you pay the monthly fee to Napster.

Yep, but you can't sell the CD to anyone.

Or just simply give it/them to a friend for not cost. In smaller terms... You can't redistribute them...
