    External HDD Problem

    I bought a new External HDD seagate 320 gigs im trying to open my new HDD to my windows desktop but i heard some weird sounds like beeping over and over again it's that bad???

          i connect my external HDD 320 gigs to my desktop PC using USB 2.0 i heard my HDD is Beeping over and over again..
